Our ultra-high-net-worth family is seeking a highly experienced and talented weekend Private Chef - with an impressive background in Superyachts, Michelin-star establishments, and Private Households.

This role is a weekend position, based in Kensington. The family of six enjoys healthy Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by Ottolenghi-style dishes, made with freshly sourced ingredients. They require a Chef who is passionate about creativity and maintaining exceptional Michelin culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality, delicious, elegant  meals using seasonal ingredients, tailored to the family's specific dietary preferences and needs
• Collaborate with the family to design seasonal, healthy, and diverse menus that emphasise fresh, locally sourced, and organic ingredients
• Flexibility to accommodate dietary restrictions, special requests, and diverse international cuisines
• Assist in hosting and catering for private events, dinners and gatherings, ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail
• Manage kitchen operations, including grocery shopping, inventory control, and sourcing premium ingredients from local and international suppliers
• Maintain the kitchen’s cleanliness and ensure food safety and hygiene practices meet the highest standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Private Chef within a UHNW family, luxury yacht, Michelin, or 5-star restaurant setting (direct experience with a family is highly preferred)
• Michelin-level skills, and the ability to prepare exquisite meals using high-quality ingredients
• A willingness to adapt to the dynamic lifestyle of a tech entrepreneur family, with occasional international travel and the need for flexibility
• Absolute discretion and professionalism are essential in all aspects of the role
• A keen interest in preparing meals that promote health and well-being, using fresh, organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients

Working Days: Saturday & Sunday
Working Hours: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner ( 8am- 7pm)
Salary: £40,000-£50,000
