Dan at EHS has been absolutely fantastic. I was looking for my second job in the industry; it was a step up and change in the nature of the role. Firstly, EHS vetting process of their candidates is very thorough and their initial information gathering on candidates is very detailed and specific. I spoke with Dan in for around an hour on our initial call where he was keen to understand me as a person and my wants for my next role. This was incredibly reassuring for me, where I have found other recruiters simply want numbers and conversions. This has not been my experience with EHS. Dan found me three jobs that he thought were suitable and we arranged another call where he talked me through them all and discussed which he thought was the best fit from the information I had given him. We had numerous exchanges over the following two weeks before settling on what I believed was the optimal choice for me. The time and care taken to explain, explore and perfectly match me to my current role was unlike anything I had experienced before. We shared past working histories and built up a cheery and professional relationship. He is a credit to EHS. Dan worked with me through the interview stage and trial. He was so supportive and the end result has been a great match. Even now, we are still in contact to check in about the role and if it remains the right fit (which it absolutely does).
