Our client in Hampstead is seeking a professional, Mandarin or German speaking Nanny, who will be responsible for looking after their 3 children (twins, 7 years old, and a 4 year old).

The ideal candidate would be someone who possesses a self-starter attitude, confident in all areas of childcare and development, and is highly organised. They are a very active family who love spending a lot of time outdoors, so you should ideally possess a fun and energetic nature too.

You will be expected to engage the children in activities which stimulate and support them in reaching vital milestones. If you have had experience working with SEN children, this would be a bonus, but not vital, although you must be patient and very caring as one of the children has down's syndrome.

This is a semi-formal household, so you must be comfortable working within this kind of environment, as well as working alongside a small team of staff. You will be working in conjunction with three other Nannies.

Typically working Saturday to Monday and will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supporting the children’s morning routine
  • Collecting them from school
  • Helping the children with their Mandarin or German language
  • Organising interesting activities within the home and externally, as well as taking the children to activities and playdates
  • Ensuring the children are well-mannered and well-behaved
  • Proxy parenting when principals are traveling on business
  • Travelling with the family through school holidays so you must be flexible to travel with them
