Our client, a large HNW family based between London and Italy, requires a Private Travelling Chef to join their busy family.  Travelling between London and Europe, it is essential that you have both UK and EU passports.

The family enjoy a healthy diet, and are keen to find a Private Chef who promotes healthy eating.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Menu planning
• Events and entertaining when required
• Sourcing and inventory of ingredients
• Hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen
• Travel with the family when required
• Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience within Private House setting - minimum of 3 years
• Proven longevity within a Private House role
• Comfortable working in both formal and informal environments
• Ability to manage daily tasks independently and efficiently
• Excellent time management and a team-player
• Flexible and adaptable to changing household needs
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Flexible and proactive

Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
