We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly adaptable Full-time Housekeeper to join a busy family in London/Italy.
This role involves regular travel across Europe, typically for a few weeks at a time, and requires someone with a background in 5-star hotel housekeeping standards.

The ideal candidate will work alongside another Housekeeper to manage the daily running of the household, which includes two adults, five children, and two cats.

The family often visit Italy and will need assistance with travel-related errands, school pickups, and other household needs.

The position requires a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to maintain a positive and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and maintenance of the household to 5-star hotel standards
• Managing laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation for the family
• Running errands, including grocery shopping, collecting dry cleaning, and other tasks as needed
• Assisting with school pickups on occasion
• Helping with general organisation and upkeep of the home while travelling
• Supporting the family during trips, including assisting with packing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a 5-star hotel housekeeping environment or similar high-end setting
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Energetic, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
• Experience working in a family setting with children and pets
• Must be comfortable travelling across Europe for several weeks at a time
• Hold a full UK driving licence is a MUST
• Must hold an EU passport (for ease of travel)
• Flexible and able to adjust to changing schedules; day off will be confirmed in advance

Days/Hours:

• 6 days per week, 9-10 hours per day
• Travel across Europe as needed, with advance notice of days off

Salary: £50,000GPA
