We are seeking an individual to work in a professional capacity, directly for a private (UHNW) couple with maturing children and an international presence.

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, requiring a flexible and well-structured individual capable of providing coordination and support across multiple areas.

The successful candidate must be able to spend time within the EU Schengen Zone without limitations, and should also be willing to work in other jurisdictions, such as the UAE.

The successful candidate will have made a deliberate life choice to dedicate themselves to their profession. This is a vocational and privileged role, demanding commitment and the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.

A minimum of 3 languages (written and spoken) are expected: English plus two of Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese.

• Private Residences (international) – preparation, supervision, and coordination (with local staff)
• Travel Bookings
• Private aviation logistics, international and local travel (transfers, hotels)
