Our client with a large informal residence (around 20 rooms total plus 13 bathrooms) situated in a small town in Scotland, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic temporary live-in Housekeeper. The position will start on 4th April and is likely to finish around 4th June.

The property is walking distance from shops and there is a regular bus service to Dundee and Aberdeen. It is a friendly, busy house with 3 dogs, a cat and 3 polite and kind children aged 12, 15 and 16.

Following a prolonged period of house renovation and the imminent departure for maternity leave of their current Housekeeper, they would like some assistance in getting the residence prepared and organised.

Travel costs to and from Scotland will be covered.

Duties to include:

• General tidying and cleaning
• Laundry and ironing
• Running errands
• Dog walking

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience in a role of a similar nature
• A caring and helpful attitude
• A driver with a UK licence is preferable, a car can be provided if needed
• Someone who has a genuine passion for tidying and cleaning

Duration: 4th April until approx. 4th June 2025
Accommodation: Ensuite bedroom provided
Working hours and days: Hours can be flexible around the candidate’s preference but 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday with flexibility would be ideal
