Our UHNW client in Burnham Beeches is seeking a temporary Dog Nanny for their beautiful and much loved large breed dog, whilst they find a permanent member of staff. Although the client would prefer someone local, on a live-out basis, they can offer accommodation if needed. This will be for an ASAP start.

You will be responsible for twice daily walks, daily grooming and cleaning of their quarters.

Duties include:

• Feeding the dog
• Walking twice daily
• Playing, stimulating and exercising the dog
• Mental stimulation and ongoing training
• Ensuring activities are switched up and each day varies
• Ensuring the dog’s areas are kept clean and tidy
• Brushing teeth/maintaining dental health
• Attentive to dog’s behaviours – recognising any changes in behaviour/reasons for concern
• Liaising with the HM with regard to any equipment/appointments that would benefit the dog’s quality of life

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience working with animals – within a similar Private House setting
• Qualifications in animal care/veterinary medicine preferred
• Switched on, enthusiastic and of course – a true dog lover
• Experience of grooming and dog training preferred
• Driving licence

Accommodation if live-in: A private bedroom
Location: Burnham Beeches, Buckinghamshire
Working days: 5 days - flexibility required
Working hours: 7am-3pm/ 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm
Salary: Please present hourly expectation
