Temporary Travelling Tutor – Europe & UK

Contract: Temporary, Full-time
Salary: €3,500–€4,000 net per month
Schedule: 6 days per week with flexible hours
Accommodation: Provided while travelling

An UHNW family is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travelling Tutor to join them for their summer vacation, supporting the education of their five children while travelling across Europe and the UK. This is a temporary role ideal for a qualified educator who thrives in a flexible and fast-paced environment.

There will be 3 Tutor/Nannies.

• Girl, 14
• Boy, 12
• Girl, 11
• Boy, 10
• Girl, 6

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored educational support across key subjects, with a focus on English, English Literature, French, and Spanish
• Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and educational games in collaboration with the family’s nanny team
• Support and enhance schoolwork and homework for each child
• Assist in developing debate and public speaking skills (for older children)
• Adapt teaching to suit the family’s travel schedule and changing locations
• Ensure a nurturing, structured and inspiring learning environment
• Maintain high levels of attention and care during all activities, both indoors and outdoors
• Liaise with parents and household staff to coordinate daily plans and routines
• Support with occasional ad-hoc errands

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years’ teaching or tutoring experience
• Teaching credentials or formal education qualifications preferred
• Fluency or native-level skills in French and/or Spanish
• Strong academic focus on English and English Literature
• Confident teaching debate and communication skills
• Highly adaptable, organised, and proactive
• Positive, engaging, and child-focused personality
• A true team player who works well alongside household staff
• Comfortable around pets
• Able to travel freely across Europe and the UK

Requirements:

• Valid DBS Enhanced Certificate
• Right to work in both the UK and Europe
• Supporting documents: qualifications, references, and any relevant certifications
