Our client, with a busy family household close to Highbury & Islington Station, is seeking a Temporary Part-time Housekeeper to assist with the smooth running of their home whilst they search for their permanent member of staff.

Duties include:

• All aspects of general housekeeping – cleaning, tidying, organising
• Laundry and ironing
• Changing bed linen
• Running errands – dry cleaners/ad hoc shopping
• Preparation of dinner for the 3 children (age 9, 12, and 14)

There is another Part-time Housekeeper working on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Candidate requirements:

• Child and pet friendly – there is a friendly medium-sized dog in the residence
• Trustworthy and organised
• Hardworking and able to manage their own time

There is sometimes the opportunity to help out with some babysitting, but this is at the candidate’s discretion and not essential.

Duration: ASAP to end of December 2024
Working days: Ideally Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, although there is some flexibility with this
Working hours: 8.00am - 6.00pm
Salary: £20 per hour
