Our client in Qatar is looking for a team of Waiting Staff to work in various private households and palaces. This role is for a 1 year contract and there will be  staff accommodation available for this duration. You must be a team player and have previous experience in high end hospitality.

For cultural reasons the client is only looking for female staff at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted
• Serve food and drinks promptly, following proper service etiquette and presentation standards
• Engage with guests professionally, offering menu recommendations and answering enquiries
• Maintain high standards of service, including fine dining etiquette, table setting arrangements, and order of service
• Ensure guests’ needs are met with discretion and professionalism, especially for VIP and high-profile clientele
• Assist in managing special requests, dietary restrictions, and personalised dining experiences
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order preparation
• Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and escalating issues to management when necessary
• Process payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and issue receipts
• Set up tables with proper utensils, glassware, napkins, and condiments
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset
• Monitor stock levels of service items and inform management when restocking is needed
• Work closely with hosts, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to provide a seamless dining experience
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including side work and preparation for the next shift
• Participate in staff training to improve service skills, menu knowledge, and hospitality standards

Requirements:

• Due to cultural reasons, the client is currently looking for female candidates only 
• Must be able to work in the Middle East
• Must have previous Experience in F/B
• Worked in 5* and Banqueting

Benefits:

• Salary: 2,000 - 5,000 $ net per month depending on experience
• Visas, travel, accommodation and health insurance included
• Rota basis, 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
