Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, and provide a welcoming first impression
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring smooth seating arrangements and efficient table turnover
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times
• Ensure adherence to high-end service etiquette and dining protocols, especially for fine dining and VIP events
• Provide personalised service by remembering guest preferences and accommodating special requests
• Assist in managing reservations and seating plans to optimise the guest experience
• Handle guest reservations through phone, email, and online booking platforms
• Maintain an organised seating chart and manage table assignments efficiently
• Communicate effectively with the waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operations
• Provide guests with menus, answer enquiries about food and beverages, and offer recommendations when needed
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist in coordinating special requests such as birthdays, anniversaries, or VIP accommodations
• Maintain effective communication with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service
• Monitor dining area flow and inform servers of new guests or special requests
• Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests when necessary

Requirements:

• Due to cultural reasons, the client is currently looking for female candidates only 
• Must be able to work in the Middle East
• Must have previous Experience in F/B
• Worked in 5* and Banqueting

Benefits:

• Salary: $2,000-$5,000 net per month depending on experience
• Visas, travel, accommodation and health insurance included
• Rota basis, 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
