The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Recruitment Consultant to join our expert team. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and placing top-tier candidates in private households, ensuring an impeccable match between client requirements and candidate expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client briefing to successful placement
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with UHNW clients and high-calibre candidates
•  Source, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring they meet our exacting standards
•  Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, salary expectations, and hiring best practices
•  Handle confidential client and candidate information with the utmost discretion
•  Collaborate with the wider team to maintain the agency’s high standards of service
•  Work towards and exceed placement targets while delivering exceptional client satisfaction

About You

•  Experience in recruitment would be desirable
•  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach
•  Ability to work with discretion and handle sensitive client and candidate information
•  Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to candidate sourcing
•  Target-driven and highly motivated, with a passion for delivering excellence
•  Knowledge of private household roles and the luxury sector is highly desirable
