Our HNW clients, who reside in Coulsdon, Surrey, are seeking an experienced  Live-out Private Chef, who is able to promote weight-loss and healthier alternatives with a fine-dining twist. This position involves working five days a week to prepare breakfast,  cook lunch and dinner for their informal family of seven.

Occasionally, there will be dinner parties and family gatherings. The family enjoys a variety of authentic world cuisines, with an emphasis on nutrition and healthier options. As well as being a creative Private Chef, you must be comfortable in a family environment, respectful of boundaries, and be flexible with the ever-changing requirements of a family.

The family is split between two residences, so they require a Chef who is proactive and can manage their schedule effectively. You will be based in one house, and meal prep for the other.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Cooking healthy/nutritious lunch and dinner
• Working alongside a Nutritionist
• Preparing breakfast
• Ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked at all times
• Sourcing and purchasing of fresh ingredients and organic produce
• Budget management
• Supporting a healthy and nutritious diet that promotes weight loss
• Maintaining the kitchen's impeccable safety and hygiene standards
• Menu/recipe planning & research

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years Private House/Yacht experience
• Must be legally able to work in the United Kingdom to apply for this role
• Experience of supporting a healthier lifestyle and promoting weight loss
• Reliable and proven longevity
• Creative and able to develop low-fat recipes
• Proactive self-starter, able to work time effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• A personable friendly attitude
• Must like dogs – one house has well-behaved dogs
• Own car essential
