We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced, fine-dining, dynamic, Private Chef.  This young informal UHNW family based in Kensington require a creative, discreet Chef that has an extensive Michelin restaurant, and Private House background.

This exciting new position, preparing breakfast, light lunches, and dinner in sharing platters and fine dining, Tuesday - Saturday.  This low-key family of 6 like to entertain, and for the Chef to showcase their skills and knowledge.  With four children it is essential that you are comfortable within a large family environment.

This role will require flexibility, and will provide the opportunity for a Chef to cook to the highest standards in a separate commercial kitchen within the residence.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner – lunch not always required
• Keeping the kitchen clean, and maintaining high levels of hygiene
• Stocking the fridge and pantry
• Purchasing fresh ingredients and groceries daily
• Catering for dinner parties and functions when required

Requirements:

• Extensive background in Michelin restaurants and Private Households
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
• Personable and accommodating
• Passion for healthy, creative cooking using fresh, local ingredients
• Creative, proactive, and efficient
• Experience of working with young families
• Comfortable around dogs
• Prioritising cleanliness, hygiene, confidentiality, and discretion

Working Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 7.00am-8.00pm (flexibility required)
Salary expectation: £80,000+ DOE
