The property is a Manor House and studio buildings with 25 acres of gardens & woods.  The Principals are artists/designers and spend about 10 days a month at the house. Their main residence is in London.

• Outdoor duties include upkeep of grounds and maintenance
• Working alongside the Gardener 2 days a week with such nonspecialised work such as grass cutting and chainsaw work in the woods for logs
• Generally Housekeeping duties include cleaning, dusting, hoovering, bed linen changes in between visits
• The Principal enjoys cooking, however, prep work and helping out is required when in residence
• Laying fires and prep work accordingly
• Driving Principals locally and occasionally to/from London 
• Car provided for work purposes only

Accommodation: 

• Very small one bedroom cottage recently renovated, plus a studio for the exclusive use of the Couple - ideal for any art or craft use 
• The cottage and studio are rent-free and include gas, electricity, water rates, repairs, and replacements and insurance (this is worth about £18,000 a year on the open market)
• The Couple will pay their own council tax, telephone, and TV licence

Days/hours: 16 hours of work each per week. (2/3 days each weekly)
