Our client is seeking an experienced, proactive and organised full-time, Live-out Private PA / Lifestyle Manager to work from their home situated in Irving, Texas. Please note the role will require an element of travel, occasionally internationally.

You will be working alongside the housekeeping team and a part-time PA, liaising with the Principal's office staff, including their Executive Assistant.

The household comprises of one Principal and her four pets, including three dogs.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive personal and travel support for the Principal, managing their personal calendar and all appointments by coordinating closely with the Executive Assistant and other household staff
  • Booking and managing all traveling logistics, packing needs, and meal planning related to travel
  • Providing daily care for multiple pets, including a minimum of a one hour walk, administering medication, coordinating vet/grooming appointments
  • Monitoring pet health by managing medication logs, feeding schedules and ensuring a clean and hygienic living environment for them
  • Act as on-site management support for the household operations, coordinating with contractors, supervising vendor payments and dealing with service providers
  • Managing the household systems, the household inventory, and overseeing the vehicle maintenance
  • Managing expense reporting, document creation and systems maintenance – maintaining a familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Apple products
  • Performing daily errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, package returns and inventory stocking
  • Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information, always maintaining professionalism and discretion
  • Travelling up to 40% of the time and being able to adjust schedule as needed

Desired Experience:

  •  Prior experience supporting high-profile individuals in a private household setting
  •  Background in animal care, veterinary assistance, or pet training (preferable)
  •  Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (preferable)
  •  Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high attention to detail
  •  Experience managing confidential and time-sensitive material with professionalism

Working Hours: Minimum 5 days remaining flexible during the week
