Our client - a young couple who live in Grand Cayman with two young daughters aged 1 yrs and 3 yrs - are looking for an experienced Nanny.

They request that the Nanny is understanding of the necessity for them to work at and grow their relationship as parents whilst keeping the children happy and on a schedule. 

They are looking for someone who is willing to be flexible with their working hours to accommodate the family schedule.  You will be required to travel with the children whilst keeping them on a schedule (mainly to UK and Canada).  It will also be important for you to seek out and arrange activities, playgroups etc for the children in each location.

Mother is a stay at home mother, so someone who is able to work alongside and share the responsibilities of child carer as well as making sure the children have everything they need for each scenario.  They would need to be able to jump in at any moment as sole care if the parents are heading out unexpectedly.  Father is also often at home.

The elder daughter is a smart, observant little girl who really thrives on familiarity and schedule.  She can be very cautious and strong willed.  Nothing is ever done the ‘normal way ‘ with her so the Nanny needs to be creative and patient.

The family admit they are lacking some much needed structure at meal and sleep times.  The children are fed healthy (mainly organic) and nutritious meals.

This is a full-time role based normally in Grand Cayman but the family does travel regularly.

You will have your own bedroom and bathroom (your choice as to whether you live in or out) - costs will be covered.  Driver is preferable but not essential.
