A warm and welcoming family of five in Windsor is looking for an experienced, reliable, and affectionate full-time, Live-out Nanny to care for their three children (aged 5, 4, and 9 months).

The family has a small dog, so a dog-friendly Nanny is essential.  They also employ a full-time Housekeeper and a Weekend Housekeeper, so the ability to work collaboratively within a fully staffed household is key.

This is a busy, dynamic household, with dad working from home three days a week and mum actively involved, so the ideal candidate must be confident, highly organised, and adaptable.  The role also offers the exciting opportunity to travel with the family for several weeks a year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily routines: Manage school drop-offs, pick-ups, after-school activities, playdates, and appointments, ensuring smooth transitions between term time and holidays.
• Meal preparation: Cook fresh, healthy meals daily for the children, encouraging them to explore new foods.
• Educational support: Assist with homework, engage in learning-through-play activities, and support their development at different stages.
• Baby care: Manage the 9-month-old’s nap schedules, feeding, weaning, and arrange engaging classes and activities to support developmental milestones.
• Morning & evening routines: Ensure seamless morning and bedtime routines for all three children.
• Household organisation: Maintain an orderly and structured environment in all areas related to the children.

Requirements:

• Confident driver with your own car (a family car is available for use during working hours).
• Extensive nanny experience, particularly with multiple children.
• Calm and adaptable, able to handle changing routines and schedules with ease.
• Travel experience, proxy parenting, and flexibility with working hours when needed.
• Confident cook who can prepare fresh, varied meals for the children.
• Highly organised with a proactive approach to maintaining a tidy and structured home environment.

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays
Flexibility required for extra hours or weekend work when needed
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 GPA
