A family of 5 is seeking an experienced, reliable, and affectionate full-time Live-out Nanny to care for three children aged 5, 4, and 9 months based in Windsor.  The family also have a small dog, therefore it is essential you are dog friendly

The family is looking for someone who is confident, organised, and can handle the demands of a busy household, with dad working from home and mum present to assist with and work alongside the Nanny.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time childcare for the three children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
• Manage daily routines, including school drop-offs, playdates, and day trips.
• Prepare healthy meals for the children and encourage them to try new foods.
• Stay organised and manage the children’s schedules (eg, packing bags, organising activities).
• Help with children’s homework, encourage learning through play, and support their reading and writing skills.
• Assist with proxy parenting and be flexible in meeting the family’s needs.
• Foster a loving and nurturing environment to promote the children’s growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Nanny, especially with multiple young children.
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy moments of the day.
• Experience with proxy parenting and flexible working hours.
• Confident and competent cook, willing to encourage healthy eating.
• Reliable, affectionate, and confident in childcare.

Role Details:

• Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (7:00am-7:00pm).
• Flexibility required for occasional extra hours or weekend work.
• £50,000 GPA, with potential additional benefits.
