A family of 5, based in Windsor, is seeking an experienced, reliable and affectionate, full-time, live-out Nanny to care for three children aged 5, 4, and 9 months.

The family have a small dog, so it is essential that you are dog friendly. The family also employs a full-time Housekeeper and additional Weekend Housekeeper, so it is important that you are able to work collaboratively alongside other staff members.

The family is looking for someone who is confident, highly organised and can handle the demands of a busy household, with dad working from home 3 days a week and mum present to assist with and work alongside the Nanny.

The role also offers the opportunity to travel with the family for several weeks a year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing routines: seamlessly manage changing routines during term time and holidays, including school drop-offs and pickups, activities, playdates, appointments and organising day trips during the school holidays
• Preparing fresh, healthy meals for the children on a daily basis and encouraging them to try new foods
• Helping with children’s learning: helping with homework, encouraging learning through play and suitable activities and supporting their development at different stages
• Looking after the 9 month old baby: managing nap schedules, feeding, weaning and arranging fun classes and activities geared towards development
• Managing the children’s morning and evening routines

Requirements:

• Confident driver with your own car. The family has a car available for you to use during working hours
• Proven long-term career as a Nanny, especially with multiples
• Confident demeanour: able to remain calm, unflappable and adaptable to changing routines and schedules
• Experience with travel abroad, proxy parenting and flexible working hours
• Confident cook: able to cook daily, fresh and varied meals for all three children
• Highly organised: the family maintains an extremely tidy and organised house. You will be expected to help maintain this in all areas related to the children

• Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Flexibility required for occasional extra hours or weekend work
