Our client, a HNW professional couple based in Holland Park, are seeking a live–out Nanny for their 3 children, aged 2, 3.5, & 5 years.

The family are looking for someone who is well-mannered, respectful, and possesses a positive attitude. It is preferred that you have formal childcare qualifications, along with prior experience caring for children of a similar age. It is key that you can bring an initiative and proactive approach to the role.

A typical working week will be Tuesday – Saturday, 10.00am until 8.00pm. The following duties will apply:

• Creating a fun environment
• Helping the family keep the children active, polite, and healthy
• Implementing and supporting children’s safety and holistic development
• Helping with homework and school projects
• Bedtime routine
• Encouraging the children to keep their bedrooms and play areas tidy – the family have housekeeping staff
• Managing the children’s schedules, playdates and activities

The household have a small team of domestic staff who you will be joining to ensure the smooth running of their household – so it is key that you are a team player and can help where needed.

Please note that the family travel through school holidays so you must be willing to accompany them.

It is a MUST that you possess the following:

• Have prior experience working with children of similar ages
• English or Spanish speaking
• Comfortable around pets – the family have a Labrador
• Team player
• DBS Check
• Glowing references

Contract Length: Permanent

Children: 3 Boys aged 2, 3.5 and 5 years

Working Days: Tuesday-Saturday
Working Hours: 10.00am – 8.00pm

Salary: £600 net per week or £41,000-£43,000 per year, experience dependent
Additional benefits: Discretionary bonus after 12 months
