A prestigious client with a luxury residence in Mayfair is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the property.

The ideal candidate will have a background in both property management and Butler services.

This role will require the successful candidate to manage the extensive renovations currently underway at the residence, ensuring seamless coordination between contractors, designers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the ongoing renovation project, liaising with contractors, and designers.
• Recruit, train, and supervise household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of household management to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
• Perform Butler responsibilities when required, providing impeccable personal service to the client and guests.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and other services.
• Maintain household inventories, monitor stock levels, and manage the household budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Ensure the property is always in state of readiness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a House Manager, Butler, or in property management, ideally within a high-end residential or luxury environment.
• Previous experience managing renovation projects is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Ability to implement and maintain SOPs.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Discretion and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Location: Mayfair, London
Employment Type: Full-time, Live-out
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (with flexibility to work out-of-hours as needed)
Salary: Circa £80,000+
