Live-In Rota Nanny

Schedule: 24/4.5 Rota – Monday 6am to Friday 6pm
Location: Holland Park, London
Salary: Up to £70,000 gross per annum, depending on experience

An UHNW family based in Holland Park is seeking a highly experienced and professional Live-in Rota Nanny to care for their 8-month-old baby. This is a permanent role on a 24/4.5 basis, with extensive travel and a focus on early years development.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Sole charge care of an 8-month-old baby
• All nursery duties
• Child-related cleaning and laundry
• Preparing and cooking nutritious meals for the child
• Planning age-appropriate, stimulating activities to support the child’s learning and development
• Working in partnership with the parents to ensure consistency in care

Ideal Candidate:

• A structured, calm, and highly capable career nanny with a strong focus on early years development
• Qualified in childcare (a minimum requirement), with additional maternity or postnatal qualifications preferred
• Norland-trained or equivalent highly desirable
• Holds a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
• Discreet, professional, and committed to the role long term
• Happy to spend extended periods indoors with the baby
• Flexible and travel-ready

Accommodation:

• Ensuite double bedroom in a private nanny flat next door to the family home until July (TBC)

Travel:

• Extensive international travel required – up to 8 weeks at a time
• Typical travel periods: mid-December to February and July to August
• Rota may adjust to 2 weeks on/off or 1 month on/off while travelling
• Flexibility is key – additional travel may be required throughout the year

Additional Information:

• No driving required
• Cats present in the household – nanny must be pet-friendly
• 2 weeks paid holiday per year, to be split across the year
