Our client, with a beautiful, newly renovated property in Kensington, is seeking a Live-in Houseman/Driver to assist with gardening, DIY/handyman tasks, driving and maintaining the general security of this busy family home.

This property is large, there is a lot of high-end technology, a full leisure suite, including gym, cinema and pool.

Duties include:

• General handyman/DIY duties – when qualified contractors are required, booking and supervising works
• Gardening – maintaining the outdoor areas
• Maintaining the general security of the property
• Driving – including running errands and driving the family
• Pet care of the family dog
• General ad hoc duties/errands as they arise

Candidate requirements:

• Experience working within a similar capacity within a private household
• Happy to assist where needed – true team player
• Trustworthy, loyal and hardworking
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Fluent English speaker preferred
• Child & pet friendly (there is 1 dog and 4 children)

Working days: 5-6 days per week, negotiable

Working hours: 8 hours per day but able to attend out of hours if needed

Accommodation: self-contained staff quarters with private bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchenette
