Live-in House/Estate Management Couple – Woodstock, Cotswolds

Our client is looking for an outstanding Live-in House Management Couple who will be based at their property in the Cotswolds.

The Farmhouse is set in 5 acres and has 5 bedrooms. 

This is the principal’s main residence but he travels.  Usually, it is occupied by 1 or 2 adults but almost every weekend his 2 daughters will visit the property with their Nanny.  

• The role needs someone who has very high standards for both housekeeping and cooking. 
• Always looking to improve culinary skills and adapt meals to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free options. You are preparing meals on a daily basis, 3 meals for the principal and guests. 
• Prepare the house for the principal and guests’ arrival from small get togethers to shooting parties over a period of a few days.
• Creating flower arrangements. 
• Produce from the kitchen garden.
• Laundry & Wardrobe Management. 
• Shopping for food.
• Household accounts. 
• Driving duties to include looking after 9 classic and modern cars including servicing and driving them on a regular basis. Airport runs, driving Principal and his family to different places around the country.
• Butler duties are informal even though there are many high profile guests.
• Maintenance of the property and gardens.  
• Look after the kitchen garden, orchard, and lawned areas.
• Security of the property is a high priority, and one that is sought to be constantly improved. 

The right Couple will be proactive, efficient, trustworthy, discreet, and managing your own time when the principal isn’t in residence.

Working Days: 5 days per week. Flexibility required (principal travels extensively).

Accommodation: A separate Studio Ensuite with little lounge and wood burner.  
A car is provided.

Salary: £85,000+ DOE
