Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Couple to manage the day-to-day operations of a high-end accommodation property, which is set within 23,000 acres.  This role is ideal for a Couple with a strong background in hospitality who excel in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a property to the highest standards.

This is a live-in position offering luxurious, 5-star accommodation with all bills included (utilities, Wi-Fi, food), enabling significant savings for the successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Serve as the welcoming faces of the property, ensuring every guest receives warm, personal attention throughout their stay.
• Work together to create and maintain a “crème de la crème” hospitality experience, exceeding guest expectations.
• Manage and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Property Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the property to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Maintain the property in immaculate, 5-star condition.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and supplies.

Lodger Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with lodgers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional attention to detail.
• Act as the main points of contact for any queries or concerns.

General Operations

• Divide tasks efficiently, handling reservations, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to guest stays.
• Assist with housekeeping, food service, and other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Proven background in hospitality, high-end hotel service, or similar guest-facing roles.
• Warm, engaging personalities with a natural flair for customer service.
• Hands-on and proactive approach to managing property and guest relations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Adaptable to remote living, and passionate about peaceful, off-the-beaten-path lifestyles.
