Job Summary:
A busy family are looking for a friendly and proactive Domestic Couple to join them on their country farm in Surrey.  You will be required to work Thursday to Monday working 45 hours per week.  This is a relaxed, yet semi-formal household that requires a switched-on Couple who are organised and can manage their own time efficiently.

Duties:

• Housekeeping and laundry
• Assisting with basic gardening (mowing, weeding etc)
• Interior and exterior maintenance
• Care of the family vehicles, to include cleaning and servicing schedules
• Pet sitting when the family travel
• Security of the property
• Experience using a ride-on lawnmower
• Helping at parties, and with any heavier work
• Running local errands

Candidate requirements

• Must be mature and responsible
• Able to work in a team
• Must possess a strong work ethic
• One or both should be confident drivers with clean driving licence
• Both non-smokers essential
• Must be dog-friendly and willing to care for pets
• The family requires 5 years of contactable references

DBS check required at offer stage

Accommodation:

• You will be provided with a lovely 2-bedroom cottage (furnished/unfurnished) which is separate from the main house
• The accommodation includes a private garden, large garage, and parking
• Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Utilities and Council Tax are included

Location: Woking, Surrey, GU23
Salary: Up to £70k gross per annum (depending on skills/experience)
Contract Length: Permanent
Notice Period: Statutory notice period during 3 month probation, 8 weeks upon successful completion of probation
Working Days: Thursday – Monday (45hrs p/w, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off)
Working Hours: 8.30am–6.00pm (30 mins lunch break)
