A private family are seeking a Live-in Domestic Couple to join a small team at their house in Nottingham.  Previous experience working in a private house is essential.

Housekeeper Duties:

Working alongside or managing one other Housekeeper/Nanny.

Duties included but not limited to:

• Packing and unpacking for travel
• Housekeeping – cleaning all public and private areas
• Deep cleaning of the family home
• Organising the kitchen
• Laundry and ironing
• Ensuring toiletries and provisions are replenished
• Keeping courtyards and immediate areas around the house clear
• Changing linen and towels in bedrooms
• Waste management
• Occasional childcare duties, although majority is covered by the current Mother's Help

Houseman Duties:

The Houseman will be responsible for the maintenance and security of the property as well as assisting in the garden.

Duties included but not limited to are:

• Interior and exterior basic maintenance
• Alarms and security including monitoring
• Vehicle maintenance and management
• Taking care of outbuildings
• Ad-hoc DIY and maintenance
• Liaising with contractors
• Running errands
• Interior and exterior painting and specialist treatment of surfaces
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical maintenance
• Mowing the lawns

The ideal Couple will be hardworking and efficient, with a keen eye for detail. Discretion is an absolute must.

Days/Hours: The basic working hours are 40-50 hours per week, Monday – Friday.  Occasional weekend work.

Accommodation: A spacious 3 bedroom, river view property nearby.  Nice sized kitchen, lounge, & bathroom.  Non-smokers. No dependants please. A pet will be considered.

Salary: £70,000-£80,000 (with bonus potential)
