Enthusiastic, accomplished Couple wanted for a c.160-acre Georgian family home estate with landscaped gardens and adjoining working farm.  Must have a proactive, can-do attitude, willing to integrate and work alongside a small, long-standing team in the house, garden, and farm.

Housekeeper duties include, but not limited to:

• Housekeeping (6-bedroom, 8-bathroom)
• Full housekeeping duties, including laundry
• Preparation and cooking
• Helping with fruit and veg picking
• Animal care (chickens and 1 dog)

House Manager duties, not limited to:

• Organise maintenance contracts for cameras, electric gates, fire and burglar alarms, lift, internet, telephone, pest control
• Overseeing contractors
• Weekly maintenance of indoor swimming pool, tennis court, plant and equipment
• Maintaining and valeting cars, and machinery cleaning
• Preparation of fire logs
• Window cleaning
• Animal care

Candidate requirements:

• Trustworthy
• Reliable
• Proactive and happy to get stuck in
• Non-smokers
• Drive with full clean driving licence(s)
• English speaking preferred
• Excellent references essential

Accommodation: Modern 4 bedroom detached cottage on the estate (a few minutes' walk from main residence) with private access, a garage, and garden. All bills paid for (bar food) including rates, internet, council tax. A small dog will be considered. No cats please

Days and Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm. Flexibility to work occasional weekend when required.

Salary: £70,000-£75,000 dependent on experience
