Our Client is seeking a Junior PA to support the senior members of staff within the company, ensuring the smooth running of the private office and assisting with the management of the large portfolio of properties. This role is Central London based.

The PA will ideally have at least a year's experience working within a private residence/office.

Duties include:

  • Providing administrative support to other senior members of staff
  • Scheduling and diary management
  • Coordinating and booking meetings
  • Researching and booking travel and accommodation
  • Running ad hoc errands

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience of providing administrative support in a busy office/Private residence environment
  • The candidate will be working alongside other staff, so good teamwork is required
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Flexibility is essential and is happy to get involved with different tasks, with a 'can do' attitude
  • Available to work out of office hours, including weekends

Working Days: This role is predominantly Monday to Friday; however, flexibility is crucial as there may be the occasional requirement for weekend/evening work

Working hours: 9.00am–5.00pm
