We are currently seeking a highly qualified Nanny to live in and travel with an Omani family living in Dubai. The couple have a 3.5 year old daughter who has been medically diagnosed with sensory issues, so we are looking for someone who feels comfortable with or who has experience in SEN.

Since her diagnosis, she has demonstrated signs of speech regression at 2 years old, which has now moved to on to food regression. Knowledge in speech & language, or feeding therapy is highly desirable but not essential for role.

The role requires a lot of patience and perseverance. The ideal nanny will have a calm and sensitive demeanour, but most importantly be down to earth. There are other nannies within the residence so the role will be a mixture of sole and shared charge. During your days off and in the evenings another nanny (with nursing background) will be there to cover.

All general nanny duties apply, along with the following:

•  Keeping the child stimulation and engaged
•  Organising age-appropriate activities
•  Supporting the child's development
•  Cooking nutritious meals for the child
•  Reporting directly to Principals with daily updates
•  Travelling with the family - Covid dependent

The family employ a small team of domestic staff (around 5-7 members) and have additional nannies within the residence already, so you must be willing to work along side a team. As this is a formal household, a uniform will be provided.

Location: Dubai (with frequent travel to Singapore)
Contract Length: Permanent

Children: 1 Child – G3.5 years

Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 12 hours per day (start and finish time to be determined upon offer)

Accommodation: Single bedroom and bathroom with a shared kitchen and living space.
Salary: £1500 net per week
