A high-profile family is looking for an experienced and dedicated full-time Senior/Head Housekeeper to oversee the maintenance and operations of their residence.

This role requires extensive housekeeping experience, household management capabilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring the home operates smoothly at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and organisation throughout the household
• Oversee and perform all housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning, laundry, and wardrobe management
• Manage household inventories, supplies, and stock levels to ensure smooth daily operations
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers as needed
• Proactively handle minor household repairs and oversee larger maintenance projects
• Manage household staff schedules, assist with errands, and oversee general household administration
• Communicate effectively with family members, staff, and external service providers to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• Extensive housekeeping experience with a proven track record in high-end private households
• Strong household management skills, with the ability to oversee all aspects of household upkeep
• Experience in coordinating maintenance and contractors
• Excellent task management abilities, including scheduling and assisting with household errands
• High level of discretion, professionalism, confidentiality, and trustworthiness
• Proactive and flexible, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate family’s needs
• Strong communication skills, excellent English language skills preferred; additional languages (Spanish, French) are a plus
• Permanent right to work in the UK

This role is open to candidates on a live-in or live-out basis.  Staff accommodation in the basement of the property provided.

Working 5-6 days per week with flexible hours depending on the requirements of the family.
