Our client, with a newly renovated property in Stockbridge, Hampshire, is seeking a Live-out Groundsman/Handyman.

Duties include:

• Mowing lawns
• Cutting/trimming of hedges/plants
• Cleaning windows and guttering
• Occasional basic woodwork – mending of fences/raised planters
• Handyman duties within the residence such as hanging of art, changing bulbs, general fixing/repairing as necessary
• Ability to perform swimming pool maintenance would be a bonus but not essential
• Occasional visits to the London property for ad-hoc handyman duties/maintaining a small, slabbed courtyard
• Liaising with the Property Manager as well as other members of staff as required

Candidate requirements:

• Experience working in a similar role within a private household
• Good communication skills with ability to manage your time/duties effectively – comfortable working alone
• Must be a driver with your own car
• Ability to perform/qualifications in plumbing or electrics would be a bonus but not essential
• Experience using hand powered machinery

Working days: Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend required
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 gross per annum
