At EBS (Exclusive Butler School), Training and Development is at the heart of everything we do.  Whether within a Private Household, a hotel, on a Private Jet, or aboard a Super Yacht, teaching the key skills of private service and hospitality is our passion.

We are now seeking Freelance Housekeepers to join our team of specialised trainers. Following a detailed Training programme that we have created, successful applicants would be required to help evolve content, and develop the existing modules to meet trends and client needs.

Given the demographic of our clients, this role will involve UK and International travel, and at times with short notice, so flexibility is key.  All expenses, including travel, accommodation, and refreshments will be included with any booking.

There will be the requirement to fulfil training on behalf of the Exclusive Butler School – training all aspects of practical housekeeping, including laundry and wardrobe care. This will include our 3-Day Specialist Private Housekeeper Course, the housekeeping module within our 2-Week Butler School, along with bespoke courses and overseas training contracts.

Previous experience within the luxury market, or working in UHNW environments is essential – with a background in yachting being advantageous.  You must have an adaptable, confident, and professional manner, with the ability to build strong rapports.

The ideal candidate would preferably have excellent spoken English, and ideally an EU passport for ease of travel (not essential).  It is also preferable if you are within a commutable location to London where most of the work will take place.

Confident with IT, emails, social media, PowerPoint, and Word will be required for this role.
